I had my doubts about the shirt being a perfect fit based on just the camera on my phone but I was wrong. I got my shirt and it was a amazing fit, I will definitely be ordering more.

Great communication and process. I had an issue with 1 pair and they corrected it right away. It's the only way I buy jeans now.

Super easy process. Needed some tweaks which customer support was happy to discuss via email and photos. Love these jeans! And I’m hard to fit—tall, athletic legs—these look great! Have ordered in more colors. Would love a flared style.

I had a terrific experience with MTailor. I have a hard time finding clothes that fit me, and I have never had much luck with on-line “made to order” products. I ordered a shirt from MTailor that was close, but not quite what I was looking for. I asked for a few changes through their free “remake” process and sent them pictures of how the first shirt fit. They immediately got in touch with me, went through the changes I had requested and then suggested a few more I hadn’t even thought to ask for. The turnaround on the second shirt was fast, and it fits great! The materials are soft and comfortable, a nice middle weight, and the stitching looks like it will last. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Had an issue with shirts I ordered (design issue, not fit). Rizza and the team walked me through their remake process which was straightforward. Received my remade shirts last week and they fit perfectly. This was my fourth or fifth order with MTailor and I’m getting ready for my next. Great quality and service.

As always MTailor stands behind their word. I had a shirt made and the fit was not great, it was too big. I contacted MTailor customer service and without ANY difficulty the problem was resolved. They put “customer” in “customer service”. I just wish other companies used MTailors policies as a model for customer service.

I lost a bunch of weight (humble brag) and a LOT of my clothes didn't fit any more. I gave MTailor a shot. I figured I'd order a few things and see how it went. Got some short- and long-sleeve t-shirts. They fit really well and I got rave reviews on how they looked so I tried getting some shorts. Same thing. Fit perfectly, felt great. Just received a suit and I couldn't be happier. I'm already working on what I'm getting next.

I don’t know how they do it but their phone app was able to get my size perfectly. I have a bigger chest size than normal so I always had trouble finding shirts that fit well. With them, I never had a shirt fit this well before ever. Highly recommended.

Just received my Order, a total joke, the items are more than oversized i Can easily fit 2 people inside.
I wait almost a mont to get this and i m living overseas so i don t know how i Will Send it back
Spend more than 200 € for this is a total shame

This was a return purchase at MTailor. First purchase was great. Next time my order was perfect. I however got the chance to try their remake policy. I lost 45 pounds in that 90 day period. I was remeasured and a pair of jeans were remade. When the legs came in tight, they did another remake and everything was fine, so they remade the two additional remakes. Sorry for the confusion. One of the remakes had a fabric issue…. Needless to say, they remade them. These guys are great. I really have issues with off the rack and MTailor is my solution. If other companies could take lessons from Lily at MTailor, the world would be a better place. My hats off to these guys.

This has been the best experience i have had buying clothes. I am 6"8" about 240 lbs, so not an easy fit for any retail. Even if i find something, it needs to be altered, BUT NOT WITH MTailor. Now that they have my size, i just pick and order. I want to admit, one pair of pants were a little tight, the told me to keep the pair and made adjust and sent me a new pair. EVERYONE AT MTailor has been very professional. I don't usually write reviews but this is something I MUST RECOMMEND to those in the same hard to fit category.

Lily at M Tailor support did a great job handling a recent small issue I had with one of the 6 pair of jeans I have purchased over the last couple of years. I highly recommend their process. Simple, easy and great support. I will continue to purchase their products want to thank Lily for all the help.

There is no other product on the market that I would more enthusiastically endorse than MTailor. The quality is premium. The fit is like nothing else on the market. And, their customer service is as good as it gets. My long-term goal is to replace all of my clothes with correctly fitting MTailor clothes.
