"Shipping showed up right on time"
I’ve ordered from mtailor.com a couple of times now, and both times the shipping has been really dependable.
The tracking updated like it was supposed to, and my shirts arrived right when they said they would. No random delays, no missing package drama, and none of that unnecessary back-and-forth with customer service.
Overall, I’m happy with the experience. It’s just nice when something shows up on time and you don’t have to think about it too much.

"Ordering was straightforward"
Ordering was easier than I expected. The body scan thing only took a few minutes, and the steps were laid out clearly. Basically, you just follow along, do what it tells you, and you’re done. I didn’t have to sit there guessing or typing in a bunch of extra info. All in all, it was simple enough and I’ve got no complaints

"I was impressed with how many style..."
I was impressed with how many style options mtailor has, especially for shirts. Choosing the collar, cuffs, fabric, and small details was simple and kind of fun. I will say, a couple of the fabrics looked nicer online than they did once I saw them in person, so my expectations were a little higher there. Still, the custom feel is a big plus and it definitely feels more personal than grabbing something off the rack. I’d use it again.

"Showed up way faster than I thought"
I didn’t expect it to come so quick. Since it was a custom order, I figured it would take a bit, but it arrive earlier than I thought. The tracking were easy to follow too, so that was nice. No complaints here, I’m really happy with how fast everything got delivered.

"Pretty easy to use, honestly"
I just needed to get the sizing figured out and place the order without making a whole project out of it, so I was glad the app was straightforward. The site loaded fine for me, checkout was simple enough, and I didn’t really run into anything that made me second-guess using it.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I ordered, and I kept wondering if I should’ve gone somewhere to get measured. But the shirt ended up fitting way better than I thought it would. The whole process was simple too, so I’m really happy with it overall.

"Fit better than I expected"
I was surprised by how well this suit fit. The stitching looks clean, and on me it feels almost tailored. To be fair, fit can be different for everyone depending on body type, but my experience was really solid.

The fabric feels genuinely soft and smooth, and I noticed it right away when I ran my fingers over it. Even the little details, like how it doesn’t feel scratchy at the seams, make it seem more expensive than it is. Definitely feels worth it.

I tried mtailor for a shirt the fit came out better than I expected. The sleeves and shoulders were spot on, and the waist was only a little loose. It still felt like a big improvement over just guessing my size online and hoping for the best. Shipping took a little while, but once I tried it on, I felt good about the whole experience

"Helpful replies, quicker than I expected"
I had a small issue with my order and messaged MTailor, not expecting much. Maybe I’m too quick to assume customer support won’t be useful, but they got back to me fast and actually answered what I was asking instead of sending some generic copy-paste reply. It took a couple messages to get everything sorted, but they kept following up and didn’t leave me hanging. Overall, I was happy with the help.

The shirt actually fits well, so I can’t really complain about that part. I guess I blame myself for expecting the fabric to feel a little more premium at this price. It’s not a bad shirt by any means, but for what I paid, I’m not totally convinced it’s a better value than just going to a local tailor...

I’ve gotten a few shirts from MTailor now, the sizing has been really consistent each time. I haven’t had any weird surprises from one order to the next, which is reassuring. It makes reordering way easier since I don’t have to worry about the fit all over again.
